Investment and philanthropy platform washed donated 5 million utility token WAHED Coins to Fondazione Europea Alessandro Cenci (FEAC) at a private event in Rome. FEAC is an Italian non-profit organization focused on raising awareness, education and research to improve the care provided to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
Attending the Rome event were leaders from the WAHED and FEAC organizations. WAHED President Sheikh Abdullah Bin Ahmed bin Salman Al-Khalifa and his FEAC President Eros Senchi were joined by prominent members of their respective teams.
After the lock-in vesting period, 5% of donated WAHED coins will be released after one year. Any increase in token value during this period will benefit FEAC, and limited unlocking ensures limited volatility in token prices.
