A new environmental charity based in London, community for naturehas officially launched, aiming to address the most pressing environmental issues.
Communities for Nature plans to partner with businesses, groups and individuals, and communities currently on the front lines of conservation around the world. Partnerships allow businesses and communities to jointly design local models for action.
This charity aims to help businesses play a direct role in creating a long-term sustainable future. Communities for Nature aims to do this by introducing a model in which communities and supporters design projects that impact environmental education, conservation and restoration. Projects may also be based on the provision of sustainable economic activity.

Initiatives for local communities and the environment
The environmental charity is already active and marks its launch with a successful first partnership. LMAX GroupA global fintech and operator of multiple FX and cryptocurrency exchanges, Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation, Inc. (PRRCFI).
The partnership, which has run for one year since its inception, is entitled Action for Communities and the Environment (ACE). ACE funds sustainability scholarships for youth in local rural communities. The partnership also funds youth marine camps, wildlife camps, ecotourism training camps and more.
PRRCFI is a non-stock, non-profit NGO focused on implementing community-based conservation and environmental education programs in Negros, Philippines. The Foundation is known for its many years of marine and wildlife camps on Danjugan Island. PRRCFI acquired the wildlife sanctuary through international funding. World Land Trustand other local partners.
The Conservation Foundation also aims to use ecotourism to promote awareness of biodiversity conservation.
