NFT game company Apeiron has announced that it will launch its marketplace on Wednesday, September 7th.
Apeiron, the world’s first NFT God game on blockchain, today announced the launch of its marketplace.
In a press release shared with Coinjournal, the team said this latest development is an important milestone for the project.
Additionally, Apeiron users who create an account are eligible for an airdrop during the first half of the Battle Demo Pass called “Shards of the Sun”.
Apeiron game developer Foonie Magus said the project continues to hit development milestones, building excitement for the first-ever blockchain-based NFT God game.
Following this latest development, Foonie Magus CEO and Apeiron creator Frank Cheng said:
The launch of our marketplace marks the beginning of the countdown, the countdown to replaying the god game, and the dawn of a new paradigm where quality innovation will begin to unfold on web3.
The team said it has been working hard to build the necessary in-game infrastructure since completing a $17 million seed funding round in April. Foonie Magus said his new Apeiron Marketplace supports a tri-token system, allowing players to trade his Apeiron Planets for the right price.
Additionally, the market marks a big step towards planet breeding and planet staking, bringing more features to the game.
The Marketplace went live today and anyone who created a Marketplace account between September 7th and September 21st will be eligible for an exclusive airdrop going forward.
Eligible users will receive the first half of the Apeiron Battle Demo Pass. The team explained that the first half represented the Sun Shards and the other half the Luna Shards.
Foonie Magus said that community members holding both the Solar and Luna Fragments can combine them to create the Apeiron Battle Demo Pass.
Apeiron is the world’s first NFT-based Play and Earn God game. The game features a unique card-based action-adventure combat system combined with god game simulation gameplay inspired by classic god games such as Populous and Black & White.
