US-based cryptocurrency exchange giant Coinbase has added the first-ever Avalanche (AVAX)-based token to its list of altcoins.

Tokens are assets of the Pangolin Decentralized Exchange (DEX), which operates on the Avalanche network. The platform allows users to exchange, stake, farm, and bridge crypto assets from various blockchains.

According to Coinbase, PNG will have an experimental asset label assigned by exchanges to newly supported tokens on the platform or tokens with relatively low trading volumes.coinbase may delete Label according to market conditions.

After Coinbase’s announcement, Pangolin’s price increased by more than 33% in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing this asset changes ownership at $0.108.
