Back in March 2022, the Decentraland Metaverse made headlines and won over users by releasing emotes. Programmable movements that users can express through their avatars. This means people can laugh, cry, and dance with their Decentraland avatars, opening up a whole new world of expression and interaction.
Now, months after the debut of the wildly popular emote, Decentraland The first-ever Emote Contest is here: the Music Festival Emote Contest.
This contest was held in conjunction with the following conventions: metaverse music festival, will take place from 10 to 13 November 2022. Those who enter the contest will have a chance to win $MANA tokens and the title of the festival’s official emote.
To enter the contest, users simply fill out a form and submit their custom emote. We also encourage you to post online with the #MVMF22 tag. Entries will be judged based on several criteria, including fluidity, quality of emote movement, and originality. All emotes must be dance related and only 3 entries are allowed for him per person.
Entry until Monday 7:00 AM UTC on October 31, 2022 We will contact the winners by email. There are several prize levels, with the winner getting her 800$MANA plus the chance to display an emote throughout the festival, and 2nd to her 10th place will receive $600MANA.
