Alethea AI and Polygon Labs jump on the AI hype by launching an AI-powered NFT project that allows users to create NFT avatars via text-based prompts similar to OpenAi’s Dall-E image generator I was.
The project plans to “enable anyone to quickly create, train, and trade AI characters as NFTs on Polygon.” Created by Alethea AI, CharacterGPT “goes beyond traditional text-to-image engines like Open AI’s Dall-E 2… with his one-line prompts in natural language to create a fully interactive and intelligent AI.” It claims to generate characters. An example of the creation process is shown in the video below.
NFTs can be created at mycharacter.ai via Alethea AI’s Polygon dApp. To launch the dApp, we made a digital version of Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal his 1/1 NFT AI Collectible. [which] It is modeled after his writings, official statements and interviews.
The gold check mark next to the AI collection represents verification that the NFT was created with his permission. To manage this process, Alethea leverages “AI Protocol: Ownership and Ownership Layers for Generative AI, Now Running on Polygon.”

The company also wants celebrities to use the AI engine to create “digital twins” of themselves, “to act as digital companions for their fans.” Because assets can be trained, digital assets can also be used in metaverses, games, museums, sports stadiums, and other real-world locations to interact with users and act as virtual guides.
