Ault Alpha buys 50M shares of BitNile since September 2021

Diversified Holding Company BitNile announced Its affiliate, Ault Alpha, has purchased a total of 50 million shares of BitNile common stock since September 2021. This amount equates to about 13% of his BitNile at the time of writing.

As of September 30, BitNile reports approximately $610 million in total assets. The company also recently purchased a Circle 8.

According to the announcement, Ault Alpha will likely continue to buy BitNile common stock given the current market conditions remain unchanged. BitNile executive and chairman Milton Ault said:

“Ault Alpha will adopt the new 10b5-1/10b-18 scheme in the near future.”

Milton Ault is also the administrator of Ault Alpha. Early December, BitNile Said It will be rebranded as “Ault Alliance” in the near future.
