Tudoran is Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking Technology at Credit Suisse, leading techs in hubs such as New York, Zurich, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Under her leadership, Credit Suisse built one of Wall Street’s most competitive electronic trading platforms, including the Advanced Execution Services (AES) suite and CrossFinder, one of the world’s largest alternative trading systems. and maintained. AES has proven itself as a resilient trading platform during extreme market volatility in the 2008 financial crisis, the 2010 flash crash, and the start of her Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. .

After starting his career in academia as an assistant professor, Tudoran has secured research and product development positions at technology companies in Romania and Japan. She had a vision of what technology could bring to life in financial services, especially trading. When the opportunity presented itself in 1995, she received an offer to join Credit Suisse in New York. This decision changed not only her career trajectory, but the industry as the pioneer of electronic trading that Marinella and her small team are now known for.

Tudoran was previously recognized by the National Organization for Women (NOW) and received the 2017 Women of Power & Influence Award, honoring women who are pioneers and role models in their fields.
