Payment company hands-in has launched a new group payment link service for retailers selling to large groups such as stag parties and hen parties.
Organizers of group bookings are routinely left out of pocket when collecting individual payments and paying with one card on behalf of the group. This creates cash flow for individuals, but can be a problem for retailers who need to keep track of every buyer to pay their orders on time.
Retailers who sign up for Hands In can create payment links and send them to large groups. A single payment link is automatically sent to the lead buyer. The lead buyer can add all the names of each recipient and invite them to her checkout page to join and pay at the checkout time set by the retailer.
Automatic payment reminders are also sent in a controlled sequence to each recipient who has not paid their contribution.
