A pseudonymous host from the Coin Bureau says the successful upgrade of Cardano (ADA) should catch the eye of institutional investors in the next bull market.
and interview Along with fellow analyst Benjamin Cowen, Guy says that in the near future, investors will look for proven blockchain projects that have completed upgrades, such as Cardano’s Vasil hard fork. .
He says smooth upgrades like Vasil’s can serve as a testament to the people behind the technology being the right kind of people to help financially.
Long-term, trend-wise, I think investors, especially institutional investors, clearly fall short in that regard, but after the rise in interest in cryptocurrencies, any investor will see Ethereum or I think we’ll look at Cardano, etc. Come back and say, ‘Well these guys were able to do these big upgrades and it went perfectly. I think it’s a testament to competence. And I think that will be a big part of people’s due diligence in the future.
Guy said ADA’s recent price performance may be overwhelming, but it’s part of the current crypto bear market, which has had the same impact on most digital assets.
“Obviously this is a bear market and we know it’s happening unfortunately so it hasn’t really impacted the price but I don’t think we should be too discouraged about it. I think that is the true building of the future, and of course there will be upgrades.
According to decentralized exchange (DEX) MuesliSwap, the Vasil hard fork had a major impact on the efficiency of the smart contract platform, cutting fees by almost half and increasing transaction speed by 10x.
Cardano co-creator Charles Hoskinson recently said that Ethereum rivals will continue to evolve to improve its scalability and efficiency.
