Crypto strategists who accurately predicted Bitcoin’s rise this year see a best-case scenario for altcoins after Bitcoin breaks above $22,000.
Pseudonym Analyst DonAlt To tell His 456,000 Twitter followers look like USD-paired altcoins are really, really good.
DonAlt is bullish on altcoins against the US dollar, but predicts that these tokens will likely see a correction against Bitcoin as he expects BTC to rise to $30,000.
As BTC’s rise shows signs of drying up, DonAlt says a subsequent period of consolidation could trigger a capital turnover into altcoins.
“best case [altcoins] In my opinion:
BTC surges BTC pair (~$26,000-$30,000)
BTC temporarily tops and nukes
BTC Deadcat bounces back (on lower timeframes) while Alt goes crazy
Everything will be reset so you can continue your ascent.
Historically, altcoins have tended to take a back seat whenever Bitcoin surges. As of this writing, BTC is trading at $22,773, up nearly 38% over the year.
Looking at the wider crypto market, DonAlt To tell He sees sidelined capital returning to digital assets.
The bear market rally is beautiful. We are still waiting for $30,000, but we are getting close to a point where the bears are starting to sweat and may actually convert some stables into BTC/ETH/alt.
I want to TP [take profit] I would trade to it, but I don’t feel it’s the right time yet.
