TRON Academy aims to expand partnerships with university blockchain clubs and developer teams through four purposeful approaches:
1. Internship and recruitment opportunities will be available for both projects in the TRON ecosystem and partners connected to the TRON DAO.
2. TRON DAO leaders will support meetups, resources and hackathons to focus on community co-development so that clubs and teams can continue to attract interested innovators.
3. The TRON DAO team will provide coaching on strategy and development, connecting pre-seed and seed funds, and collaborating with research papers and projects, so joint development of crypto projects is also a priority.
4. The TRON Endowment Fund not only provides scholarships for partner universities, but also supports research and development funding.

Registration for Season 3 of the TRON Grand Hackathon 2022 closed on November 14th. This season he has over 1100 participants and among the registrants he represents 104 countries. Dozens of projects based in 64 countries have been submitted to each track, including 74 for Web3, 48 for DeFi, 50 for NFT, 30 for GameFi, 35 for Ecosystem .
