Layer 1 blockchain platform Aptos has announced a new Web3 game based on the horror comedy “Renfield” starring Nicolas Cage and Nicolas Hoult.

Renfield the Web3 game is on Aptos
Renfield is a vampire-themed film featuring Nicholas Cage as Count Dracula for centuries. Aptos’ games offer players an immersive experience in the world of vampires and the chance to win various prizes.
“NBCUniversal chose Aptos to bring FREE RENFIELD to life, allowing fans to savor every last drop of the Renfield universe.” tweeted the Aptos team.
Prizes offered in the free Renfield game include movie-inspired digital collectibles, Dracula-inspired custom jewelry, 24-carat gold bug jewelry, vintage Dracula movie posters, and a rare 1967 Includes a Dracula horror-themed pinball machine.
According to Aptos Labs, the game is now open to residents of 50 US states, including the District of Columbia. Only legal residents over the age of 18 are permitted. His Renfield hits theaters on April 14, 2023.

Aptos Labs has grown into one of the largest platforms for Web3 game developers over the past few months.
In February of this year, we announced a new software development kit (SDK) that provides game developer tools for greater interoperability and transparency in the gaming ecosystem. This follows his partnership with leading South Korea-based game developer NPIXEL in November 2022.
