Hungarian sweetheart Siget Festival Digital fun awaits as the festival unveils its first-ever NFT collection. In collaboration with Nimi Collectibles Inc, the festival announced the collection will be released this fall with special rewards for property owners.
About the collection
the collection is SzigetVibes website The catchphrase is “Collect memories, not things.” The NFT itself will be a variety of memories and photos taken during the 2022 edition of the festival.
We’ll also see creative input from artist Tim King, and those with them can claim backstage passes, discounts to future festivals, and more. For a limited time, fans can sign up on the site. You can get free NFTs by doing so, but given the popularity of the festival, which attracts nearly half a million people this year, these could be charged quickly.
Siget Festival follows in the footsteps of other major festivals such as Coachella, which recently released NFT. For Coachella, not only was his NFT of festival content, but a lifetime access pass that sold for around $250,000.
The trend seems to be spreading rapidly to major festivals as Sziget has also released its own NFTs.
