DeGods Surge Sees it Surpass Doodles and Azuki

It looks like this week was one of fierce competition for the NFT collection. Days after CryptoPunks briefly overtook Bored Ape Club for the lowest price, his Solana-based NFT project Degodshas also seen amazing leaps.

In a historic move, DeGods is now in the top 5 PFP NFT collections in the world. This beats out top collections such as industry mainstays Doodles and Azuki.

Degods on the Rise

This is the first time a Solana-based project has achieved such a feat, and currently only Bored Ape Yacht Club, CryptoPunks, Moonbirds, and Mutant Ape Yacht Club are competing.

This is an impressive feat not only for a Solana-based project, but because DeGods, which just debuted in October 2021, is a very new NFT collection. in all sorts of outfits and situations) and purposeful community engagement has helped her rise to the top of the industry.

The team behind DeGods has also announced that it will soon launch a new collection called Y00ts, which is currently in the whitelisting stage. Needless to say, much of the DeGods ecosystem is moving forward.
