Habytat, a social metaverse platform powered by DatChat, today announced the launch of its own AI-powered pet for users. These animals, dogs and cats alike, bond with their users as AI learns in response to their behavior. For now, users can vote on which animal breeds to include in his first spring 2023 launch.
These pets grow from puppy and kitten life stages to adulthood. In order to grow, pets must be fed and cared for on a daily basis. Users can purchase toys and amenities for their pets and teach them basic commands such as “sit” and “fetch.” This description is similar to traditional digital pets such as Tamagotchi.
Habytat President Gianfranco Lopane said in a statement: The launch of AI-powered Metaverse Pets brings a new level of interactivity to both aspiring pet owners and animal lovers. These pets bond with their owners, play with them, have needs just like real pets, and bring the nostalgia of the Tamagotchi and Neopet days to his 2023. ”
According to Habytat, they plan to add a wider variety of pets. This includes the addition of dog and cat breeds and the launch of exotic animals such as giraffes, tigers, lions and monkeys. Initially, Habytat will launch with four dog breeds and his two cat breeds chosen by voters.
