Market data and analytics
The first week of August showed the total market cap of the seven metaverses listed on OneLand over a seven-day period 3.58% decrease. The weekly land cap decline as a percentage is the largest since early July. Volume also saw him suffer a double-digit decline for the second week in a row, down another 20.4% from his 47% drop last week.
sandbox
leveled sandbox This week Land market capitalization decreased by 4.95% Overall sales (-33%) and volume (-45%) were hit. In the first week of August, 94 of his LANDs were sold on The Sandbox (for context, the numbers averaged 181 over the last four weeks). Maybe it’s an afterthought from some big partnership hype these days, including partnerships from Steve Aoki to Playboy to Tony Hawk, but (since sandbox partnerships are the norm) the general market It’s likely an adjustment. Strong July performance in average price (+23%) and land cap (+11%).
Decentraland
Last week with The Sandbox DecentralandHowever, things are a little different this week. Prices in Decentraland increased by 1.94% Sandboxes, on the other hand, fell 18.66% to just 1.7%. Decentraland continues its decline in most metrics, notably with the overall land cap down another 3.52%, and now he’s 14% less than The Sandbox. Still, the average price of his VRE parcel in Decentraland is currently 2.1 ETH, as a few more sales of 2.5 ETH and above are added.
The first ATM in the metaverse seems like big news. The fact that this is taking place in Decentraland is a testament to his true OG identity in the decentralized metaverse despite the recent economic turmoil. Hopefully, more avatars will line up at his Transak ATM in Decentraland to withdraw MANA (up 8.45% weekly) directly into their wallets. Despite the price recovery, Decentraland’s sales, volume and land cap continued to decline, albeit at a more modest level.
voxel
voxelbut saw Over 300% increase in trading volume Average price increase of 88% over the last 7 days. This was clearly fueled by his sale of 12.5 ETH on August 2nd, although 29 of the week’s 41 sales occurred in the first half of the week. This could have been a warm-up for his Voxels appearance at the Queretaverso technical conference in Mexico on August 3-5.
There is no doubt that there is a lot of room for improvement, but one big sale often changes the mood of a project. Especially when it comes to projects that recently announced they were in hiding for a “crypto winter.” However, from some perspective, one sale is just one sale for him, and even if the average price is 0.96 ETH for him, it’s at least as good as it was in May, but I’m happy Very few spikes.
somnium space
Somnium Space has cooled somewhat following last week’s decent results, when volumes fell by 33.3% and revenue fell by exactly half.
However, Somnium Space’s native token CUBE is Over 40% surgeGiven that prices haven’t been in that area since May, this is a big fix and should come as a big lift for the project. The increased demand for CUBE may have been spurred by a motivational article published on August 6th about high activity within the metaverse. The article recalled last week’s startup founder pitches and yoga classes and schools launching spaces. other events have also happened recently.
NFT Worlds and Otherside
both NFT world When other side All major indicators also saw declines this week. Otherside continues its late correction, with market cap down 3.3% from his in the last seven days, top sale 30 ETH ONLY (can only be said for Otherside). For context, the highest sales in the last 3 weeks were 135, 154 and 75 ETH. Volume fell another 21% after last week’s 41% drop.
The low weekly volume is not surprising from the perspective of the market as a whole. But given what’s been going on at NFT Worlds these days, the sales price catastrophe that began after Minecraft banned NFTs on July 20th and the entire project imploded, it’s time to take a closer look. Retreat in sales and volume without doing it may indeed be a good sign. NFT Worlds cut land caps by 7% for the second week in a row, he finished the week.
world wide web There was also a mood-changing sale, but this one was really big. 25 ether Other sales close to this size in the past three months were: 17.97 It dates back to May. His third highest in three months was 3.3 ETH on May 10th.
But that wasn’t the only thing that warmed the hearts of WorldwideWebbers. Results in July indicated a turnaround for the project, and the weekly numbers looked good. Sales doubled from last week, while average prices remained about the same (+92%). In the meantime, the team will keep the vibes going as usual with cool news (like you can watch videos in your apartment), cute videos, and friendly tweets.
