Visitors have the option to donate to the following institutions (WWF, Savespecies, or World Cleanup Day) through an integrated donation section, with 100% of donations used for their respective purposes. As a collective of artists, for each Trash NFT sold, Savespecies will keep 30% of the proceeds, with the remaining funds going to WWF Germany. Environmental non-governmental organizations then use the funds to fund plastic reduction projects, such as beach and coral cleanups on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam.
