Since the Metaverse is so new, the Metaverse and its practitioners are always looking for ways to improve the experience and remove roadblocks. In this vein, Metaverse’s top platform, The Sandbox, has announced a new platform. bug bounty program.
The program encourages users to find existing flaws in their systems and report them in exchange for a payment.

This new development means a sandbox metaverse user You can improve the ecosystem as you use it. According to the official post, the reward levels are based on the Immunefi Vulnerability Severity Classification System V2.2. This is a 5-point scale that determines the severity of each vulnerability. Additionally, all reported vulnerabilities must be accompanied by a PoC with the ultimate effect of impacting assets in scope before being rewarded.
The post also explains that rewards for critical smart contract vulnerabilities are limited to 10% of the economic damage. Finally, The Sandbox imposes a minimum reward of $50,000 and a maximum reward of $200,000 for critical smart contract bug reports.
As more of these bugs are discovered and reported, they will be addressed for community improvement.
