Industry-defining Web3 giants Yuga Lab revealed grand plans for the next few years. Essentially, we aim to pave the way through Web3 to bring our services to the wider world.
Lecture at the Lisbon Technical Conferenceweb summit‘, Yuga Labs CEO Nicole Muniz The company’s strategic goals were outlined. One of its central aspects his was expanding the Yuga Labs empire and recruiting “the brightest and best” talent to help build “crazy stuff” in the Metaverse.
Continuing on this note, Nicole reminisces about Web1’s “fun” and hedonistic days, noting that Web2 has become completely too serious with so much money involved. Going forward, Yuga Labs aims to reward creative companies by expanding the Otherside project and injecting a little more fun into the world in the process.
At the event, Nicole further expressed the importance of NFTs in this next Internet advancement, nonchalantly dismissing questions comparing the technology to plain undefined JPEG. It basically touches on the topics of true ownership, safe representation, and the benefits of intellectual property rights.
